Co-Children’s Program Coordinator Part-Time Job Opening

This position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week.  Availability must include some evenings till 6 pm and some Saturdays (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.). 

Duties include developing, promoting, and presenting age-appropriate, literacy-based, educational story times and event programming, including Summer Reading Programs.  Work with the schools to develop a smooth collaboration to promote the library.  Other duties include the general operation of the library, customer service at the circulation desk, shelving, Inter-Library Loans, assisting patrons in using technology, the library catalog, and other services offered at the library.  Excellent customer service skills, computer knowledge, and organizational skills are necessary.  Salary is $15.25/hour.

Let’s have a dance party, granny photo shoot, play BINGO with Bingo, play Pass the Parcel *LUCKY’S Dad’s Rules*, and more! Start off the week with a bang, enjoy some snacks and fun games with your friends & family.

Weโ€™ll be trying out several different crafts (both seasonal and non-seasonal specific!) to broaden our creative fields and find new things to enjoy making. Young adults and up are more than welcome to join and come craft!

Februaryโ€™s project is going to be making custom clay magnet sets with polymer clay!
